Helping a sports robotics brand show up in the conversations where players decide what to buy.

Players come to Reddit with specific questions: which machine fits their court, their training, and their budget? Our work with Pongbot starts there.

Pongbot Reddit account analytics, captured 1 October 2026. Repeat views included. How we measured this

The challenge

The product page isn’t the whole buying journey.

Players think carefully before buying a training machine. Players ask other players about setup, reliability, features, and whether a cheaper alternative would do the job.

For Pongbot, those conversations span tennis, pickleball, table tennis, and padel. Each community has its own questions and expectations. A generic product pitch misses the point.

The opportunity: be useful while someone is weighing the decision.

What Atlas does

Understand the discussion. Answer the question.

We research the conversation, check the product facts, and prepare a response for human approval. The brand keeps its account and the final say.

  1. Find the right conversations

Read buyer questions, comparisons, and follow-ups. Decide where a useful answer belongs.

  2. Bring something useful

Address the player’s situation with product facts, practical trade-offs, and make clear that the reply comes from the brand.

  3. Approve, post, stay involved

A person approves and posts. We track responses, prepare follow-ups, and report what happened.

The work, in public

The numbers tell you how much.
The replies show you how.

Three examples of the judgment behind the work. Each links to the original Reddit conversation.

01 / A reader’s response

Candour gets noticed.

“Thank you again for your candid responses.”

Reddit user PangolinActual4468 · r/10s

A reader thanked the brand for its answers in a buying conversation. This is feedback on the brand’s replies, not proof of a purchase.

02 / Responding to criticism

Acknowledge the difficult parts.

In a critical table tennis review, Pongbot acknowledged the concerns and returned with a follow-up, including what it still could not answer. The reviewer thanked the brand for engaging.

The reviewer received machines and a production fee from Pongbot and retained editorial control. This exchange shows the response to criticism; it does not establish that a product issue was fixed.

03 / The buyer’s needs come first

Sometimes, recommend the alternative.

In a tennis machine discussion, the response suggested considering a used Slinger around $300.

It is a concrete example of putting the player’s needs into the answer, even when that means mentioning another brand. The price reflects that historical conversation.

What this means for a brand

Show up with an answer worth finding.

For Pongbot, you can see the brand’s public replies alongside the views Reddit recorded. For your brand, the starting point is the same: understand what buyers are asking, then earn a place in the conversation.

How these figures were measured

Source. Reddit account analytics captured on 1 October 2026, checked against Reddit’s export and individual analytics pages. Figures shown here cover the four sports listed above.

What the totals contain. 68,739 views from two posts plus 35,278 views across 246 comments equals 104,017 content views. The 80 content shares include 40 comment shares. Ten comments recorded 1,000+ views each.

What the totals mean. These are cumulative views recorded at capture, including repeat views. They are not unique people, a monthly total, or a measure of extra views caused solely by Atlas. Audiences can overlap. These figures do not establish sales or revenue caused by Atlas.

Public examples. The linked conversations illustrate the work and reader responses. The reviewer example involved supplied machines and a production fee; it is not an unpaid customer testimonial. Reddit threads and counts may change after publication.
